Tracker is live. The ten workstreams are laid out and the critical path is mapped: BRP → BSN → DigiD → KvK Gloria → daycare contracts (confirmed) → KOT (per child) → BV payroll → IND submission. The tax-team recommendation is to shift the IND submission to ~10 October for a stronger dossier; Pieter decides by 30 June. Two blockers are open to the tax team (Box 3 toetsingsinkomen; ZZP threshold for IACK) and one to Pieter (route and date of the January 2026 naturalisation application).

Rev 7 update (10 May 2026) — douane-expediteur for accompanied baggage. New row L7 added in §04 Moving logistics: engage a Dutch customs broker (douane-expediteur) for the verhuisboedel-vrijstelling declaration on accompanied baggage HK→AMS (flight 20 Jul), separate from the L1 sea-freight container declaration. Shortlist of 3 candidates delivered: Baggage.nl / Cavalier Logistics (Schiphol-South, best fit, ~EUR 200–400 estimated), Jac. Goenee Douane-Expediteur (Utrecht, ~EUR 250–500), KHZ Movers / AGS (Alphen, marginal fit). Two-track frame: engage a broker if accompanied-baggage value exceeds ~EUR 5k or contains any item above EUR 1,500; otherwise self-declare via the red channel at AMS arrivals (free, half a day worst case per Douane guidance). Decision deadline 22 Jun 2026 (4 weeks before flight). Three new open questions added: Q18 Pieter (value-mix of accompanied items), Q19 Mila (transit insurance via Henner), Q20 Sander (Box 3 step-up + high-value item disclosure on immigration date).

Rev 4 update (7 May 2026) — daycare confirmed. K1 closed. Toddler starts 1 September 2026 and baby starts 1 January 2027 at LRK centre(s) in Leiden. Two follow-up rows added: K1a (contract toddler, countersign by 1 Aug 2026) and K1b (contract baby, countersign by 15 Nov 2026). KOT cascade re-baselined: T5 split into T5-toddler (deadline 30 Sep 2026) and T5-baby (deadline 30 Jan 2027), each within the 30-day window post childcare-start. Risk R1 (waitlist slip) closed; replaced by lower-severity contract-paperwork risk. Top-3 actions for Pieter rotated: K1 drops off, naturalisation route + IND submission-date prep + BRP document-prep move up.

Rev 3 update (7 May 2026) — (1) Workstream tables stacked full-width with new Update column. (2) L6 temporary housing: not needed, family arrives at own residence in Leiden. (3) N2 apostille on Canadian birth cert: verified still required — Canada joined the Hague Apostille Convention on 11 January 2024, so apostille (not consular legalisation) is the correct form, but it is still mandatory for IND + BRP. (4) A3 Leiden parking permit removed (not needed); new row A4 added for car insurance, with cross-domain flag to Mila for WA / WA+ / Casco recommendation.

Rev 6 update (7 May 2026) — Pieter 2-update batch. (1) Health insurance for spouse + children (FBTO Basis) moved from §05 Insurance/Mila to §07 Health (row H6); selection already made, activation tied to BSN issuance post-BRP. New row T1-Pieter added in §05 to track Pieter's own NL zorgverzekering selection (still open; Mila cross-flag retained). T11 Henner cancellation stays in §05 — tied to Pieter's own zorg activation, not spouse's FBTO. (2) Q11 closed. Spouse does not hold an Alberta/Québec licence — no bypass route. CBR exam route (Gezondheidsverklaring + theory + practical + gemeente issuance) stands as the path for HK→NL conversion. A2 row update reflects confirmed route; A2-OPEN closed.
